I like to try supporting new challenges whenever I can and so it was nice to join in with this week's
Magnolia Down Under Challenge which is now in its sixth week.
The theme this week is to make a baby card. I managed to make a baby girl card for this week's Colour Create Challenge so this time I thought a baby boy card would be useful. Isn't it funny how you can sometimes have an image in your stash which seems to have been there forever!
Vicky sent me this Magnolia image way back when I'd just joined the DoCrafts forum and, because your image stash starts to grow very quickly as you make crafting friends, this one had been put to one side. The nice thing is that eventually you find the perfect use for everything and I thought this image was perfect to use for a baby boy card, so thanks Vicky!!
Materials:
Image - Magnolia
Sentiment - Auds Designs and Clear Choice Stamps
Duck Stamp - Clear Choice Stamps
Papers - DCWV Quote Stack
Die - Nestie Stars
Embossing - Cuttlebug Folders
Colouring - ProMarkers
Embellishments - Ribbon from my stash
Accents - Stickles Glitter Glue
I'll be back tomorrow then with my Basic Grey Design Team card. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to stop by and leave a comment. It's so lovely to hear what you think of my creations and you can be sure I'll be visiting you right back!!
